Please wait before submitting ticket
Recently, we've had an issue where we will get 20-30 tickets the second a service goes offline.
We appreciate your willingness to sit and watch, but we also have real time monitoring and ask that you WAIT 15 minutes before calling, chatting, or opening a ticket. 97% of issues will be resolved within 15 minutes. If the issue lasts longer, and you do not see a post on the forum yet, please feel free to do so then. But, if we continue to get this rush of tickets right away, it will only take longer to resolve the issue. Thanks for your cooperation
