Support Ticket Response Times

Due to the large number of migrations Andrechelle will be performing over the next few months, our ticket response times may be longer than normal. Don't worry if we can't get to your ticket right away, your ticket is still in the queue and will be handled in the order it was received.

To also help keep requests down, we ask that should you have any issues, to please submit a support ticket. For any issues regarding a site being down, email issues, etc, the phone isn't an effective way to look into these issues and can cause a backup of requests rather quickly.
