If you log into your cpanel you can change your passwords from inside of there. Here are the steps you will need to take:

go to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/
log in with the cPanel username
log in with the cPanel password
click on the Mail icon
click on Manage/Add/Remove Accounts
(you will see a list of all the email accounts created for this account)
on the address you'd like to change, Click Change Password
