No One is Replying to My Tickets

The primary reason people think we are not responding to their tickets has to do with an email address not working. Then they use that non-working email in their ticket.

If your email isn't working, please do NOT use it in your ticket or, obviously, you won't get the replies!  Log in to the client area and temporarily change your email.  Better yet - keep a non-account email on file with us.

You can also always log in to see the progress of a ticket directly from the help desk.
